Our pay is competitive and our approach to salary setting is consistent and fair. We have yearly pay reviews – as a trainee, your salary will increase as you enter your second year of training.
Our flexible benefits system (delivered online via our Choices system) has proved very popular with trainees. You can mix and match benefits to suit you. Options include:

Funding and grants
If you’re on a training contract with us, we’ll fully fund your GDL and LPC, provided that you receive your offer from us, before you start the relevant course. On top of that, to help you succeed, we also offer a £6,000 maintenance grant for each course.
